The main services that we provide are focus on the repair and maintenance to Diesel engine and its components likewise injectors, pumps, turbochargers, generators, etc. We also provide support to our client by provisioning spare parts for the required services.
Our group of engineers and technicians have the expertise to identify the causes of the fault or problem on engines and will provide the best cost-effective solution.
Besides main engine our experience extends to the care of all the auxiliary equipment from the engine room.
DIESEL ENGINES

Main and auxilliary engines complete Reconditioning (top overhaul) -maintenance and verification to fuel injection pumps .

Clean calibration and replacement of piston rings .

Chemical washing, pressure test andreplacement of air & oil cooling joints.

Main bearing replacement.

Measurement and inspection to c r a n k s h a f t a n d c a m s h a f t(deflections/ovality and alignment).
TURBOCHARGERS

Disassembly of turbine and extraction of the rotor for inspection, mechanical cleaning (sand blast).

Rotor inspection with ndt in order to verify possible cracks.

Verification of radial, axial y k. dynamic balance.
GENERATORS

Verification of electrical test package to winding.

Exciter disconnection.

Washed and dehumidified with dielectric, application of insulated varnish, drying with heat resistors, measurment of insulated value on coils .

Bearing replacement .

Installation and alignment of chockfast.
